I found this form of contact to be both usefull and benficiall as one contracting the mangagement in form of a formal letter shows professionalism which shows maturety and encouges the flow flow between the artist and the mangaement. it is aslo benfitciall as we have aim to ask for permission as through gain pession we will have legal proof and perission to use the song in our music thus avoid promblems like copyright infigment or being sued over missuse of song.
